Vouchers are valid for either A+ exam. To become certified, you must pass two A+ exams from the same exam series. Mixing exams from different series or versions does not count toward certification.

How to Use a Voucher

Here are the steps to use a voucher to pay for a CompTIA exam:

• Receive a Total Seminars e-mail message containing the voucher code (this code is important!)
• Register for an exam at Pearson VUE
• When asked to pay for the exam, enter your voucher code in the voucher promo code field on the Pearson VUE payment screen

To claim your retake voucher, you must:

• If you fail the exam on your first attempt, use the same voucher to register and retake the exam.
• Use the retake for the same exam version you failed — a retake does not transfer to a different version.
• We cannot provide retakes for expired vouchers or no-shows.

Terms and Conditions
