The Total Seminars Retake Option settles first-time test jitters. Add it to your CompTIA Tech+ (FC0-U71) exam voucher and you get a second attempt at a reduced cost if the first one doesn’t go your way.

You must buy this add-on together with a CompTIA Tech+ exam voucher, at the same time. We cannot sell it on its own, and you cannot add it to a voucher you already own.

The retake option lets you sit the CompTIA Tech+ certification exam a second time, before the original voucher’s expiration date, without paying full price for another attempt.

Note: We cannot provide retakes for expired vouchers or no-shows.

How to Claim a Retake

You reuse your original voucher code — we do not issue a second one.

• If you fail the exam on your first attempt, use the same voucher code to register and retake the exam.
• Use the retake for the same exam version you failed — a retake does not transfer to a different version.
• We cannot provide retakes for expired vouchers or no-shows.

Schedule the retake before the original voucher expires. The retake shares that expiration date rather than starting a new one.

What happens after I purchase?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email, then a second email with your voucher code and its expiration date, sent during business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT). Weekend orders go out on the next business day.
