TotalVouchers with retake for the CompTIA Tech+ certification exam include one exam voucher with the option to use a retake voucher. Prepare to pass knowing you have two chances to take the exam.

Vouchers are valid for the Tech+ exam.

How to Use a Voucher

Here are the steps to use a voucher to pay for a CompTIA exam:

• Receive a Total Seminars e-mail message containing the voucher code (this code is important!)
• Register for an exam with Pearson VUE
• When asked to pay for the exam, enter your voucher code in the voucher promo code field on the VUE payment screen

To claim your retake voucher you must:

• If you fail the exam on your first attempt, use the same voucher to register and retake the exam.
• All vouchers, including any retakes, expire 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
• The retake is only valid for the same exam version that you failed. You cannot use the retake for a different version of the exam.
• We cannot provide retakes for expired vouchers or no-shows.

IMPORTANT:

• All vouchers and retake vouchers are nonrefundable

What is the Tech+ exam like?

The FC0-U71 exam has a maximum of 70 multiple-choice questions and lasts 60 minutes. You need a score of 650 to pass. CompTIA recommends it for high school students and non-IT professionals.

How do I use my exam voucher?

You’ll receive your voucher code by email, then register for the exam with Pearson VUE and enter the code in the voucher promo code field when you pay. Vouchers can be used for OnVUE remote testing or at a Pearson VUE testing center.

How does the retake work?
