TotalVouchers with Retake

TotalVouchers with retake for the CompTIA A+ certification exams include one exam voucher with the option to use a retake voucher. Prepare to pass knowing you have two chances to take the exam. You can rest easy with a retake voucher that
helps you minimize your fear of testing, improves your focus, and increases your confidence. Vouchers can be used for either the 1101 or 1102 exam. However, to become certified, you must pass two A+ exams in the same series (1101 and 1102).
You cannot mix an 110x exam and any future exam version to become certified.

How to Use a Voucher

Here are the steps to use a voucher to pay for a CompTIA exam:

  
• Receive a Total Seminars e-mail message containing the voucher code (this code is important!)

  

• Register for an exam with Pearson Vue

  

• When asked to pay for the exam, enter your voucher code in the voucher promo code field on the Pearson Vue payment screen

To claim your retake voucher you must:

  
•     Submit a copy of your CompTIA A+ exam results to orders@totalsem.com. The subject line must include “Voucher Retake” and your Total Seminars order number

      

        
  • A candidate testing in person at a Pearson Vue testing center will receive their score report when they learn their score

        

  • A candidate testing online will see only their score. You may download your score report by logging into your CompTIA account and downloading it.

      

    

  

• Request a retake voucher for the same A+ exam that you failed

  

• Request the retake voucher within 30 days of taking the failed exam

  

• We can not provide retakes for expired vouchers or no shows.

IMPORTANT:

  
• The retake voucher is only valid in the country matching the original order

  

• The retake voucher will be delivered to the email address associated with the original order

  

• All vouchers and retake vouchers are nonrefundable

  

• All vouchers and retake vouchers have an expiration date that cannot be extended

  

• Vouchers can be used for OnVUE remote testing or at a Pearson VUE testing center
