TotalVouchers Retake Option
TotalVouchers Retake Option for the CompTIA Linux+ certification must be purchased with a CompTIA Linux+ exam voucher, it cannot be purchased alone. The retake option allow a retake of the exam the CompTIA Linux+ Certification exam prior to the original expiration date, without purchasing a retake exam at full price.
Note: Retake vouchers must be purchased with a exam voucher at time of voucher purchase.
We can not provide retakes for expired vouchers or no shows.
To Claim a Retake Voucher
- For voucher purchases that include a retake, if you fail the exam on your first attempt use the same voucher to register and retake the exam.
- All vouchers, including any retakes, expire 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
- The retake is only valid for the same exam version that you failed. You cannot use the retake for a different version of the exam.
IMPORTANT:
- All vouchers and retake vouchers are nonrefundable
- All vouchers and retake vouchers have an expiration date that cannot be extended
- Vouchers can be used for OnVUE remote testing or at a PearsonVUE testing center
Delivery
- Voucher with Retake: Voucher code is sent via e-mail (see Order Process)
- Vouchers are not downloaded
Order Process
After completing your purchase, you will receive:
- E-mail message confirming the order
- A second e-mail message containing your voucher code with the expiration date, sent during normal business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm CT). If you purchase a voucher on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your voucher on our next business day.
