Who is Eligible?
The My Career Advancement Account Scholarship is open to spouses of active-duty service members in pay grades E-1 to E-6, W-1 to W-2 and O-1 to O-3 who have successfully completed high school and have the ability to request tuition assistance while their military sponsor is on Title 10 military orders. Spouses married to members of the National Guard and reserves in these same pay grades are eligible. You can check your eligibility for the scholarship by visiting the MyCAA website and applying for an account. The Defense Department expanded scholarship eligibility for military spouses as part of its commitment to take care of service members and their families. Exam Details
CompTIA A+ Certification
CompTIA A+ is the preferred qualifying credential for technical support and IT operational roles. It is about much more than PC repair.
- Candidates are prepared to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Technicians understand a wide variety of issues ranging from networking and operating systems to mobile devices and security.
- A+ supports the ability to connect users to the data they need to do their jobs regardless of the devices being used.
You must pass two exams to become A+ certified: 220-1101 and 220-1102.
